The Director has the responsibility for organizing and directing activities in accordance with TJC, Medicare and all other applicable federal, state and local guidelines. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, families, physicians, employees, and vendors. This position serves as a facility resource for: employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, employment, recruitment and retention.
