Director of HR Systems

Responsible for ensuring HR technology delivery to stakeholders including design, administration and oversight of HR Information Systems. Partners closely with HR leaders to ensure HR systems and reporting are meeting current needs and are aligned to future strategic business initiatives

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Will manage a global team to oversee the auditing and maintenance of employee records, including personnel statusupdates, terminations, and new hires
  • Assists in the development of user/business requirements, translating the needs to system technical requirements and setting up project work teams.
  • Develop solutions to complex Human Resources Systems/Technology situations or projects that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Manages system security for the administrator group, manager self-service and employee self-service
  • Creates and utilizes ADP reports and data queries to authenticate integrity of employee information in current state, will leverage in Workday post-implementation
  • Programs and documents the workflow process in HR systems (ex. HRIS Employee & Manager Self Service, Request for Payroll action and the document management system.)
  • Maintains all HR, Payroll, Benefits and Compensation tables necessary to administer the database
  • Prepares and/or facilitates all monthly reporting for managers (overtime), benefits administration (census, billing, open enrollment), and others
  • Provides support including data auditing, batch processing and reporting
  • Partners with HR leaders, HR services, and IT systems team members to plan merger and acquisition integrations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or directly related field.
  • Global HR Information System experience.
  • Experience in a very high-growth environment, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Human Capital Management systems administration experience.
  • Experience leading end-to-end HR systems projects including gathering requirements, system administration, user acceptance testing, implementation, training, change management, and communication.
  • ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience required.
  • Must have highly advanced Excel skills
  • Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor or equivalent SaaS / ERP systems administration desired.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must understand the iterative approach and have strong prioritization and organization skills
