Medly is seeking a Sales Director of Hospital Partnerships to be responsible for the growth of Rx revenue across Medly markets through the productivity of field sales performance. This leader will partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to drive key strategic and operational initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
You will create performance initiatives and processes to optimize the performance and efficiency of the hospital sales teams. You will create dashboards with actionable metrics that feed the field sales strategy while providing critical visibility to the organization. You will focus on expanding Hospital Sales teams into additional geographies, increasing average contract and customer value, and doing whatever it takes to support the acquisition and retention of customers.
People Leadership: Support the recruitment, training and ongoing development of an incredible sales team through individual and team coaching that unleashes peak performance from every team member. This includes weekly 1:1 meetings, leveraging field sales data to share best practices across Medly’s sales organization and with cross functional stakeholders. This leader will be passionate about developing team members to achieve consistent growth within individual territories through cultivating long-standing relationships.
Sales Performance: Collaborating with Sales Operations to deliver strong sales performance through identifying target customers, categories, and regions, and determining field sales strategy.
Grow and Track Revenue: Identify and establish areas of growth and additional revenue opportunities while exploiting the existing opportunities. Measure the performance of the field sales representatives. Partner with Sales Operations to continuously refine and improve the sales forecast and own the accuracy of the pipeline and forecast.
Analytics: Leverage CRM pipeline tools and tracking systems that enable and drive the sales team to increase daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets, while also allowing for effective forecasting and KPI tracking.
Sales Incentive Strategies: Develop and appropriately incentivize (via salary, commissions, bonus, quotas) a sales organization that continuously builds and maintains a premium presence with customers while achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Help manage the quota and territory assignment processes to maximize sales productivity.
Customer Relationship Management: Key contributor in managing Sales team performance in Salesforce to get the most from the platform. Goal is to measure key metrics in real-time while providing monthly, quarterly, and annual trends. This includes reports for key initiatives, category and industry progress, field productivity, and customer analysis. Will also include adding modules, sales scripts, and automation.
Sales Collateral: Leverage sales collateral and branded tools to continuously equip team members with current features, service benefits, and competitive based analysis for the acquisition of new customers.
