JOB SUMMARY:
To provide multi-site system leadership and responsibility for Guest Relations, which is comprised of Volunteer Services, Valet Attendants, and Guest Services. Acts as the network champion driving the organization towards promoting, developing, and sustaining a world-class culture of excellence as it relates to guest services for patients and visitors. Creates, implements and monitors mechanisms for ongoing input from patients and families into policy, procedures and operations. Captures the voice and eyes of our guests and translates the guest experience to affect culture change to create value by promoting a superior experience for patients and families and a satisfying and energizing work environment for staff. This position will create a strategic roadmap that ensures the network sustains this culture and leads the enhanced customer experience and loyalty across the network by providing a flawless, upscale, and professional high-class experience.

EDUCATION:
Required

MA or MSdegree in one of the Behavioral or Social Sciences, healthcare, hospitality, or Nursing.

EXPERIENCE:
Required

5 years of experience requiring tact and customer service skills and management

Exceptional interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to lead and work as a team member and interact effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.

Ability to deal calmly and effectively with people who may be emotionally volatile.

Experience with statistics and data management. Able to analyze and interpret experience data insightfully and to develop innovative strategies to improve patient, family experience

Preferred:
