What you'll do
As Pillar's Director of Growth, you'll play a key role in devising our growth strategy and developing the growth function at Pillar. You'll manage our multi-million dollar budget, run our paid acquisition / performance marketing function, and work across product / design / engineering / marketing to improve our product and find scalable channels that activate millions of new users across the US.
The right person for this job thinks holistically about growth across the funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, etc), takes a methodical and analytical approach in reaching new audiences and building an enduring brand, is creative about the deployment of marketing messages, and is data-driven and rigorous about using data to inform the experiments they run. Most importantly, they'll drive results and grow our customer base into the millions over the next few years.
