We are searching for a Director of Food Services. Will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight, direction and administration of the SHG Food & Nutrition Program at the assigned Facility. Provide functional direction for the operational, financial and patient and customer experience for Patient Feeding, Retail Operations, Catering Services, Culinary Operations, Procurement and Vending Services at the assigned Facility. Twenty four hour responsibility and regulatory accountability for Food Operations, assuring safe, quality, efficient food handling, preparation and service of food for all customer groups. Duties include direct supervisory responsibility for staff and activities. Guide assigned individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, settinghigh performance standards while delivering exceptional quality services.
Travel: May require driving on average 3 or more times per week.
