As a Director of Food and Beverage, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will oversee all food and beverage operations managing a team of over 400. You will also manage upcoming food and beverage projects throughout the property to include re-concepting, renovations, and opening of new concepts.
The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader with a passion for developing exceptional f&b programs, a talent for training and developing others, and knowledge of industry trends. At least 5 years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage with a background in luxury hotels, high-volume banquets, and project management are required.
