Job Description

THE POSITION

The Director of First Impressions (Full-time) takes ultimate pride in the responsibility as an office manager…welcoming guests, answering a multi-line phone, ensuring a functional, safe and inviting work environment, assisting with meeting preparation and organization, and assisting our company's Culture Council.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Ensure conference rooms are maintained and prepared for scheduled meetings.
  • Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward to appropriate personnel
  • Field in-coming calls ensuring all guest questions/concerns are answered
  • Act as welcome committee to all incoming Store Support Center (SSC) employees to ensure a smooth transition and welcoming envir
