The Director of Finance is a highly critical leadership position that you will direct the financial policies for the organization by partnering with Executives.

The Director of Finance partners with Regional Executive and leadership teams to support operational and financial improvements. This vital position analyzes all areas of our businesses financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, credit, treasury, and tax. The incumbent collaborates with senior leadership and front-line team members to execute organizational development strategy. In this role you will lead change initiatives across a multitude of companies in order to optimize organizational potential and achieve strategic and operational objectives. Additionally, you will serve as a financial resource to operational leaders across a multitude of companies, while providing financial reporting and analysis, expense management, operational improvement and the evaluation of growth opportunities.
In this exciting opportunity you will own the preparation of multi-company, multi-state annual operating budgets. These additional responsibilities include monitoring the reporting of actual spending compared to budgeted amounts and assisting with the management of the capital and strategic funding processes. Creating monthly executive reporting packages including key financial performance indicators as well as identifying, evaluating and implementing countermeasures to improve negative financial performance.
