- Manage team of 20 Advisors spread across the U.S.
- Advisors are focused on increasing participation in the program as well as the ROI of
- Direct activity of Advisors to maximize participation and ROI for all participants in the program.
- Help with hiring of Advisors.
- 5+ years of retail dealer operation experience.
- Experience managing a distributed team focused on demand generating and training of accounts.
- Excellent people management skills including resolving conflicts, coaching and developingothers, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Experience with lead generation and outbound prospecting a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
- BA/BS in business or related field (MBA a plus).
