The ideal candidate must be able to efficiently plan, organize, and lead the employees in the Event Operations Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. The Director of Event Operations coordinates the set up and detailed service of all functions in the Resort. Previous management experience in Banquets is required and the ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of luxury guest service. The candidate should have strong organization, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and overall strong leadership skills. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is ready to partner with the Food & Beverage and Sales & Catering teams to create and produce memorable banquet experiences for our guests.
