Director of Equipment Sales - Food Processing Equipment - $150K + 80% Bonus - Manage a team of 7 - 10. Reports to the VP Sales. Travel 30%+. Responsible for or the overall sales force effectiveness and productivity. Sales strategy, program implementation, goal setting, annual forecasting, process optimization, policies and practices, sales reporting, marketing materials, budgeting and team management. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity. Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement and customer sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources and other sales and management resources as needed. Sell mainly small to mid size (some larger companies) Seafood, Beef and Pork processors. Sell capital equipment for Seafood & Meat Processing (Beef & Pork), some poultry equipment ? Full benefits: Health, dental, 401K 5% match, 100% funded HSA plan. WORK FROM HOME OFFICE - Can live anywhere in the US close to an airport.

BS Engineering/Technical degreedesired - Must have worked with an industry supplier or solution provider-related equipment sales position for at least ten years. Extensive knowledge of beef and pork harvest (slaughter) and able to leverage existing relationships with these plants nationally (+Canada desirable. ) Typical background work experience would be senior sales manager or higher at a red meat and/or seafood industry equipment provider. Manage a team of 7 - 10. Reports to the VP Sales. Travel 30%+. WORK FROM HOME OFFICE - Can live anywhere in the US close to an airport.
