Description

The Director of Enterprise Analytics (EA) strategizes, champions, designs, and leads the delivery of timely, high quality data and analytics for the enterprise while serving to increase organizational data literacy and enterprise analytics capabilities. This highly collaborative role coordinates data governance enabling the delivery of certified data, definitions and analytics solutions, standards, and best practices across the enterprise and in support of department-level analytics. The EA team conducts enterprise analytics and data science projects as agreed upon to meet enterprise-level priorities.

Required: Master’s degree or equivalent combination of a Bachelor’s degree and experience required in health sciences, statistics/mathematics, information technology, or a healthcare business related field. Minimum 10 years healthcare operational experience with 5-7 years of progressive leadership experiences at a manager or director level working with data management. Demonstrated experience in enterprise analytics and customer service collaborating with decision makers throughout a healthcare organization. Demonstrated experience in strategizing, leading, prioritizing, and implementing enterprise analytics solutions and projects. Demonstrated collaborative leadership and communication with executives, IT teams, data stewards, data providers, and governance forums. Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional data management activities such as enterprise data cataloging, data governance and data quality, as well as design and delivery of data models, analytics data marts, reporting and visualization solutions, and other innovative enterprise analytics solutions used to increase organizational analytics maturity. Demonstrated successful vendor relationship and negotiation skills. Maryland HSCRC and Maryland Health Care Commission exposure a plus.
