Establishes metrics and monitor inequalities in the workplace that have an impact on our mission, raising awareness and ensuring internal practices support and accelerate change
Leverages data and insights to influence and facilitate organizational change to foster DEI.
Actively utilize the affirmative action plan.
Establishes appropriate policies and support mechanisms to meet the changing needs of individuals, teams, clients, and the firm.
Partners with internal communications team to deliver information regarding DEI initiatives, including diversity education, communication, leadership and field support, mentoring, and promotion programs.
Applies considerable experience/knowledge within area of expertise in executing the objectives established at the senior leadership level.
Interprets and recommends modifications to firm-wide policies and practices.
Interacts with senior management, and others concerning matters of significance to the company.
In collaboration with the leaders and associates from Talent and Culture, ensures that DEI principles and practices are translated into the associate experience and become part of the culture.
Actively networks with other firms, industries and community groups to stay abreast of best practices and to give back by sharing with other individuals, community leaders and organizations.
Provides guidance, oversight and thought leadership for internal Business Resource Groups.
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field; Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum five to seven years of strategy development and/or work in diversity, equity and inclusion
Experience in a leadership role preferred
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and approach opportunities in a flexible and creative manner
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication and experience with presentations
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
