About the role:
We are looking for a data-driven Director of Digital Marketing with a growth hacker mindset. You will design and execute a digital acquisition strategy to help deliver North America acquisition targets. Reporting to our Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will help establish a world-class digital practices and drive innovation in our content, formats and tactics. What you’ll do as a Director of Digital Marketing at Contentsquare:
? Set the digital strategy and lead a cross-functional team of marketers to deliver qualified leads, prospect engagement, and increasing conversion rates
? Design, test and execute email nurture campaigns; measure and adapt over time
? Manage all digital marketing/ acquisition efforts for the US: SEO, Paid search, Digital ads, campaigns/ paid content including:
? Continually monitor and assess campaign and program performance, determine what works and what doesn’t and help coach and enable the broader team
? Partner with our content manager to implement SEO strategy and improve inbound as a percentage of qualified leads
? Manage digital media budget and vendors, improving efficiency and capability
? Drive WebSite engagement and optimization globally
? Monitor our site performance and drive improvement of leads and cost per lead
? Drive prospects
? Define and implement tracking and reporting systems to gather and report on customer acquisition and engagement data
To succeed in this role, you have:
? 8-10+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in a SaaS environment including at least 4 years in B2B tech
? A track record of building and scaling digital marketing campaigns to improve acquisition and user engagement
? Direct responsibility in digital media planning, budget allocation and management
? Built, managed, and motivated a team in a high-growth environment
? Leadership and vision to help us grow into a world-class digital marketing leader
? A Bachelor’s degree, digital marketing certifications/continuing education a plus
