ADP Marketplace is seeking a Developer Marketing Director to build and execute impactful marketing strategies for ADP API Central, a new product that provides developers with instant access to APIs, tools, and support so they can integrate their HR and business solutions with ADP. This role will collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and the data insights teams to execute a thoughtful strategy targeting developers and HR managers. Through digital marketing, content development, events and more, you will be responsible for helping to drive awareness and revenue for this new product suite.
This position requires a self-starter with strong project management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The candidate will be a high-energy, detail–oriented team member who strives for innovation and purposeful outcomes. This self-directed marketing director should have a good understanding of what is important to both the developer community and an HR audience. You should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities with a professional, can-do attitude. This role will be reporting into the head of ADP Marketplace marketing team.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is – $90,800 – $184,200 / Year
