Director of Design and UX
Proposify is looking for a Director of Design and UX who is great at building world-class user experience teams that innovate, develop, and ship exceptional products to customers. As the Director of Design and UX, you will have a passion for building our platform that empowers tens of thousands of people to deliver winning proposals.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product, the Director of Design and UX must be a skilled manager of product designers within cross-department agile teams. As the Director of Design and UX, you will be adept at mentoring teams in the process of exploring and converging on solutions. You are an expert at product discovery processes and have the ability to mentor the team to identify opportunities and solutions. You are also skilled in a bias toward action and improve how teams communicate by defining processes, standards, best practices and new ways of showing work.
