Director of Cyber Architecture and Engineering/Business Leader

Key Role:
Work as a business leader and Cyber delivery expert to drive the development and execution of Cybersecurity professional services strategies for the federal sector specifically focused on the federal finance and finical regulator market, including generating innovative service offerings, devising and implementing creative strategies to solve complex client problems, and producing measurable results that translate into revenue growth and high profitability. Lead and cultivate a high performing team that analyzes security strategy, architecture, engineering, policies, and frameworks that address the client’s most difficult mission challenges. Act as a strategic business advisor and align solutions with business needs, create innovative approaches to address client requirements, and build collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and business partners. Partner with industry clients and across a highly matrixed organization to achieve the next generation of Cyber solutions and architectures around continuous monitoring and diagnostics, Cyber threat intelligence, fusion, and analytics, Cyber operations, security engineering; Cloud-based security solutions, and mobile device security. Lead the capture and execution of market opportunities while engaging in all aspects of the business development life cycle, including marketing, price-to-win strategy, and teaming and proposal development that results in a winning strategy that benefits the client.

Basic Qualifications:
-12+ years of experience in leading complex technical project delivery with large government or commercial clients in a fast-paced environment and leading complex Cybersecurity capability design and implementation projects for government or commercial clients
-Experience with delivering solutions in threat intelligence, Cyber analytics, incident response, and Cyber operations
-Experience in identifying and capturing business opportunities with new and existing clients and developing mutually beneficial partnerships
-Experience with growing revenue through building client relationships, shaping client needs, and successful task order proposals within the context of Cybersecurity
-Experience with acting as the lead security solution architect for $100+ million pursuits
-Ability to execute on all phases of a large, multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, preparing winning proposals, marketing, and competitive price-to-win analyses
-Ability to provide existing relationships with large and small businesses in the federal and commercial Cyber market, including teaming contacts 
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with leading, inspiring, and influencing team members, including creating followership and mentoring and growing junior team members
-Experience in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies, including working with the client to create blanket purchase agreements and navigating FAR and non-FAR based client organizations
-MA or MS degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or a related field
-PMP, CISSP, or other Cybersecurity-related certifications
