Kateeva is seeking a Director of Customer Success to support the development of Kateeva’s proprietary manufacturing equipment for fabricating the next generation of flat screen displays—organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays. We are seeking a well-rounded director who has experience in customer relationship, marketing and business operations who is interested in working in a fast paced environment along-side a great team recruited from among Silicon Valley’s top companies. 

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business forecast.
  • Responsible for communicating and interacting with customers and sales (both direct and indirect); provide analysis to support development of marketing and sales collateral
  • Drive internally the customers’ needs, specifications and schedules to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the company’s business objective and profitability
  • Works with multifunctional groups to define and deliver product roadmap including platform, process module and CIP
  • Works with different groups in the organization in assisting to manage the entire product line life cycle
  • Project Manage the overall sales cycle on specific programs and customer activity
  • Be a key enabler of sales activities
  • Be a single point of truth of sales HQ activities
  • Present sales and customer activities at C suite level
  • Work with the marketing group to deliver customer-driven marketing documentation that articulates both the market needs and the Kateeva strategy
  • Assist in developing KPI’s and dashboards that deliver best in class sales operations
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to collect and deliver customer activity and landscape
  • Understand market and customer needs via participating customer visits, conferences and exhibits
  • Develop and maintain marketing collaterals in defining marketing positioning, messaging and product launch strategies
  • Team player and doing whatever is required to make the company successful

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master of Science degree in Engineering field
  • 7+ years of industry experience in capital equipment fields such as flat panel, semiconductor, printing, etc. 2+ years of marketing and project management experiencepreferred or customer support
  • Self-motivated, innovative and results-driven
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and project management skills
  • Excellent people and management skills working within/across different groups/disciplines, and with external customers and partners
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking required
  • Background in display technology and manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% in support of role
