Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Be an indispensable strategic partner by applying deep knowledge of the business, data intelligence and customer behavior to serve up impactful insights that inspire innovation in how we attract, serve and retain customers
  • Work passionately to ensure we are uncovering, sharing, and highlighting the right insights to influence key business decisions including service, sales, and customer experience innovation and plans
  • Partner with our data and analytics team to regularly review and interpret trends and patterns that can be used in insight development
  • Nurture, grow and lead an insights team made up of partners from across the organization, the goal of which will be to support widespread Customer Experience, Insights and Challenger adoption
  • Participate as a Challenger Commercial Messaging Consultant, translating insights into market-facing comm
