The Creative Services Director is an expert in the industry and a proven leader who drives content production and color management. S/he is a creative concept facilitator; partnering with CreativeMarketing leads to produce BBW CreativeMarketing content and asset that can be used for allchannels, while upholding and elevating BBW’s standards. S/he is a forward-thinking andagile director who is able to create, evolve and execute processes, while accessing and mitigatingrisks to creative,budget anddeadline milestones. S/he is well versed in all end-to-end Campaign lifecycle processes for print, video anddigital creative production and production strategy from concept phase, execution, shoot, retouching to final delivery of projects. The Director also cultivates a collaborative workplace; and manages, develops and inspires teams. RESPONSIBILITIES•Lead, develop, inspire, empower and train a team of 4, with Sr. Producer and Color Manager as directreports •Provide leadership, training, mentorship and development to Creative Services team •Facilitate holistic BBW Brand content across all BBW teams andchannels (Marketing,Social Media, Design and BBW Direct) to tell the BBW Brand story through still and video shoot production, and color management •Collaborate with CreativeMarketing and Strategy leaders to ensure alignment on content development and production, milestones,budget and expense decisions andrisk implications if not met •Review and understand creative goals of each Campaign project that has creative content and asset execution •Responsible for recommending and presenting appropriate talent to CMO and Creative partners •Manage all aspects of still and video shoot production, content color management and video post-production, including videocampaign project management    •Forecast, oversee and balance Creative Services projectbudgets  •Create and implement centralized content and asset creation, operations milestone and workflow with Creative Service AVP, CreativeMarketing AVP and Creative Service Account Manager •Drive end-to-end Campaign process to ensure creative content production milestones andbudgets are met •Assess and mitigate projectrisks; provide solutions •Develop and evolve creative production solutions for BBW CreativeMarketing and Creative Services teams for print,digital and video projects •Responsible for all negotiations andcontracts with team •Connect teams with appropriate talent and cultivate strong relationships bothinternally and externally   •Create an environment that encourages cross-functional inclusion, collaboration and alignment; in which the creative process operates with high efficiently•Maintain relationships and touch bases withfinance partners with Creative Service AVP•Source and manage innovating, efficiency tools for Creative Services team (i.e. DAM Systems, workflow tools) •Pattern and understand market,retail,photography / video, fashion, beauty and cultural trends to stay relevant and to elevate the BBW Brand through BBW Brand DNA filter •Be a Brand steward and represent the brand tointernal and external partners

Qualifications

Project manages video projects  EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • 10 – 15 years of experience focusing on the management of Creative Services, Operations or Creative teams • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Production or Business or equivalent experience  • Must have experience and knowledge in print, video and digital production including shoots, retouching and video post-production • Database of talent (photo agencies, photographers, directors, stylists etc.) and existing relationships are a must  • Experience in leading a team  • Must be capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high pressured environment  • Ability to evaluate, establish and manage process and timelines within a cross-functional environment  • Strong leadership voice that believes in inclusion  • Experience providing clarity and direction within a high volume environment • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task   • Excellent communication and negotiation skills   • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate change agility in ambiguity   • Proven ability in effective problem-solving   • Be able to balance corporate and creative culture  • Proven record for delivering successful campaigns
