McLaren Health Care is looking for a Corp Director of Decision Support to join our Corporate Finance team! 


Responsible for managing and coordinating the recording, processing, and reporting of decision supportfinancial analysis information and maximizing decision supportfinancial analysis from third party payors. Oversees the preparation of external cost reports, balance sheet tests, contractual models and ensures the accurate and timely preparation of all decision supportfinancial analysisreports across all McLaren Subsidiaries.  Provides financial and statistical analysis to assess the financial and operational impacts of management decisions and proposals.


  • Bachelor?s Degreerequired in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Ten (10) years experience dealing with hospital clinical and financial data. Expertise working with large databases; data extraction and analysis.
  • Five (5) years experience in a management role in Financial Management and Reimbursement with demonstrated progressive supervisory responsibility in a multi hospital system.
  • Prior experienceworking with a decision support system(s) such as EPSI, Paragon, or Kaufman Hall-required (Kaufman Hall is preferred)


  • MBA or MHA
