Position Summary: NovuHealth is looking for a stellar B2B marketing communications and content professional with a proven track record of leading B2B marketing communications and primary demand generation in marketing or health care technology. This position is responsible for the development and execution of content strategies intended to drive PR, analyst relations, corporate communications, content development, social media and demand generation. Experience and success in this highly visible role is measured by a meaningful increase in the visibility of NovuHealth to key media, influencer, and inbound lead generation from prospective customers. Leading an internal B2B marketing team, key stakeholders and external agencies, this role is critical in helping accelerate NovuHealth’s next phase of growth. The role reports to the EVP of Marketing & Engagement, provides leadership for the B2B marketing team and will work closely with the company’s executive, corporate strategy, health care solutions, product strategy and sales teams. 

You’ll own and drive content strategy and development to feed public relations, social media, analyst relations and influencer strategy to both establish and maintain rewarding influencer relationships. You will promote NovuHealth’s thought leadership in our markets and give our sales team the air cover they need to get into more deals and win them. You’ll increase brand awareness, media coverage and social engagement through creative thinking and tight, coordinated management of our editorial and events calendar. Your experience in content development, necessary to drive demand generation that feeds and supports a relationship-driven sales pipeline, will showcase your expertise in multi-channeldigital marketing and traditional B2B marketing communications. What we expect of you:

  • Lead, develop and implement impactful content development and communication strategies that directly support company goals and objectives, inclusive of Novu.com
  • Think creatively to develop and capture thought leadership opportunities to build NovuHealth brand awareness
  • Drive corporate media/public relations and analyst/influencer relations efforts, working closely with NovuHealth’s CEO, corporate strategy leadership and sales teams to tell the NovuHealth story to these important audiences
  • Work cross-functionally with corporate strategy, health care solutions and product teams to identify strong company positioning and messaging that resonates with key audiences
  • Bring passion, enthusiasm and creativity to each content program, always setting the right tone and telling the company’s most impactful stories
  • Develop and lead a high-performance demand generation and digital marketing engine that both creates primary lead gen and supports a relationship-driven pipeline conversion
  • Build and lead a high-performance team of B2B marketing and content professionals
  • Craft a content-driven editorial calendar and thought-leadership schedule to support key content pillars year-round
  • Lead internal corporate communications for NovuHealth employees in collaboration with executive sponsors and human resources
  • Work effectively with sales operations and sales leadership in developing editorial and social calendars that integrate with sales programs and promote our best content
  • Own budget, analysis and recommendations for event calendar and speaking engagements in sync with executive and sales leadership
  • Flag and track competitive differentiation and share of voice in news articles and social media mentions in partnership with retained PR agency
  • Monitor analyst research and news coverage and highlight relevant items to the appropriate team members in partnership with retained PR agency
  • Manage, monitor and analyze program metrics and results, including inbound marketing, budgeting and goal-setting each quarter, and deliver high-quality, thoughtful summaries to the leadership team

Our ideal candidate:

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience in marketing or health care technology, 4+ years of agency tenure within said experience is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in digital demand generation that showcase your expertise in SEO, SEM, and lead gen/lead nurture programs where the sales funnel is realized through relationship-driven selling
  • Experience and a strong understanding of health care trends and health care technology, as well as marketing principles
  • Understanding of industry analyst relations, social media and influencer ecosystems, with a track record of executing PR programs
  • Proven track record executing successful content development and communication plans
  • Ability to work across organizational lines, command respect, and influence with and without authority
  • Strong analytical and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation strategy and development skills
  • Flawless, AP-style writing and editing skills
  • Experience bringing new programs and ideas to life
  • Driven self-starter able to execute goals regardless of obstacles
  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or other relevant degree
