Undergraduate degree with focus in marketing, communications or related fields - MBA preferred
5+ years producing online/digital content, preferably in the travel, entertainment and/or hospitality space
5+ years directing digital publishing strategies
2+ years leading/mentoring a team direct and indirect reports
Proven record of balancing engagement metrics with solid revenue-positive content Key Performance Indicators
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships

Solid business development, conceptualization, and planning skills
