Description

  • RFP brands, vendors and agencies that can deliver against promotional objectives which include unique ownable experiences for LV CET properties, co-op funding, activation elements, cross promotional customer exposure, database sharing and co-created digital content.
  • Integrate partner branding and talent into LV CET social programming where strategic and beneficial for the partnership.
  • Creation of analytical tools to monitor and determine efficacy of social and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of social media campaign plan development.
  • Track program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program objectives and industry norms.
  • Lead best-in-class social strategy, deploying best practices across wider team.
  • Expertise with various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Tumblr, and YouTube.
  • Design and implement complex and creative digital/social media engagement campaigns across all social channels for the Las Vegas market.
  • Develop a strategic process for calendar creation/management and targeted, channel-specific messaging throughout Las Vegas

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with focus in marketing, communications or related fields - MBA preferred
  • 5+ years producing online/digital content, preferably in the travel, entertainment and/or hospitality space
  • 5+ years directing digital publishing strategies
  • 2+ years leading/mentoring a team direct and indirect reports
  • Proven record of balancing engagement metrics with solid revenue-positive content Key Performance Indicators
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional initiatives to execution
  • Solid business development, conceptualization, and planning skills
