Reporting to the Vice President, the Director of Compensation will lead all compensation related programs, initiatives and systems for all levels from executive to hourly, union and non-union, multiple locations. Manage a team . Work with the VP and senior executives on compensation. Engage and work with outside consultants as appropriate. Drive employee communications. Maintain competitive and cost effective compensation and benefits to enhance employee value proposition, leading to improved talent acquisition, development, retention and engagement. Special projects as required. Support related initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong experience working/building a compensation structure for a large academic medical center and leading a small but efficient compensation team.
Bachelors, Masters Preferred
A minimum of 5years experience in compensation management, including executive and broad based.
HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Skilled in employee communications. Must have managed a team.
