Job Role:

As a Commercial Strategy Director, you will help the company drive and deliver on executive-level strategic priorities while ensuring alignment and success of day-to-day operations. You will be a collaborator with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing and New Ventures and an esteemed thought leader as a catalyst for growth.

To be successful in your role, you will have a bias for action and use sophisticated analytic skills to make sense of unstructured and complex data. You will be able to bring structure to ambiguity and derive key insights and growth opportunities for all initiatives the Strategy team undertakes. Your ability to construct compelling narratives and impactful presentation skills will help you influence and impact the direction of the strategy team and the functions we support. You’ll drive the execution and implementation of strategic decisions with determination to ensure our strategy is brought to life.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in fast paced consulting environment
• Excellent communication, planning analyzing influencing and organization skills
• Strong ability to set, supervise, drive and meet goals
• Strong verbal, written presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadline requirements
• Excellent attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Forward-thinking leader that is willing to give to our company’s growth and expansion
