JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Clinical Services for Eskenazi Health Midtown Community Mental Health adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Eskenazi Health, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The position has accountability for planning, organizing and directing programming for all client/patient care services as deemed necessary and required by Community Mental Health Center regulatory requirements; to include other clinical program initiatives as determined by the CEO and COO of Eskenazi Health Midtown Community Mental Health. The Director of Clinical Services is also responsible for ensuring the nursing standards for patient care are preserved in all departments in Eskenazi Health Midtown Community Mental Health. The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for overall training and management of quality, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and combination of clinical and operational management as well as managing and engaging people to achieve organizational goals in all areas for which incumbent is responsible. This position is also responsible for ensuring patient and family expectations are met or exceeded in all areas for which incumbent is accountable. The Director of Clinical Services merges the art and science of mental health services to meet the patient care needs amidst the realities of fiscal stewardship. May be required to function in a clinical capacity on occasion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a minimum of 6 years of management experience in a Community Mental Health Center

In addition to the LMFT, LMHC or LCSW, Master's degree in Business/Administration/Public Health or minimum of 6 years of Mental Health business management experiencepreferred.

Current Indiana eligibility for license

Maintains professional development through a variety of activities such as national certification, ongoing education, conferences, teaching and participating in appropriate professional organizations

$90K - $120K
