Director of Clinical Services at Adcare Hospital in Worcester, MA

Full Time. Directs, manages and coordinates the clinical and case management aspects of alcohol & substance use disorder treatment services at AdCare Rhode Island's inpatient and outpatient facilities. Works closely with CEO to provide clinical leadership, direction, and coordination throughout a statewide substance use disorder treatment continuum. Knowledge of federal, state and Joint Commission regulatory requirements. Strategic thinker possessing strong planning skills. Professional, supportive, collaborative leadership style. Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills. Demonstrated skills in communication, problem solving, making sound decisions, completing tasks timely, delegating and follow-up. Models professionalism, collaborative efforts, and teamwork. Independent license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, etc.) and an LCDP required. Master's degree in a clinical specialty required. A minimum of three (3) years in an administrative leadership role in the behavioral healthcare or healthcare industry. Must pass CORI check / OIG / GSA and pre-employment drug screen. Including THC. If in personal recovery, a minimum of two years continuous abstinence required.
