We have a great opportunity with a NYC top ranked hospital for experience Clinical Documentation Improvement, Director.

The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Director is responsible for the strategic and operational planning, design, innovation, budget, project implementation and day to day oversight of the Healthcare Enterprise ( a ten [10] hospital network) CDI Program.

The DI program aims to improve the overall quality and completeness of clinical documentation to accurately reflect patient care and outcomes data in adherence to industry standards and best practices, as well as regulatory guidelines. The CDI Director will develop strong partnerships and interface with executive leadership; Stakeholders; Clinicians, Quality, Coding and Revenue Cycle leadership to fulfill the mission and vision of the CDI Program, ensuring program performance, quality, service, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Criteria.

-Master's Degree

-New York State Registered Nurse and/or certified coding specialist

-EPIC system experience

-Minimum of 7years of related work experience i.e: Coding, patterns of care, clinical processes
