The Director of Centralized Purchasing (CP) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality service and communications to all customers who utilize this department. Individual staff and team development is critical to achieving productivity and requires goal setting and measuring to assure desired performance outcomes.
Develop and manage resources including budgetary and personnel in cooperation with company mission.
Maintain working knowledge of all activities responsible to perform by Centralized Purchasing.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying equipment, implants and supplies
Develop and implement purchasing and contract compliance instructions, policies and procedures.
Maintain job duties by position to include daily, weekly, monthly and annual metrics to objectively confirm individual skills and performance.
