Responsibilities

  • Create and drive business strategies to achieve sales, revenue and business goals in the dental business
  • Develop strategic, business and marketing plans to drive business growth that enables the success of and adresses the challenges of our customers, and creates compelling differentiation
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and develop business plans and business case financials to secure investment
  • Conduct analysis of markets (e.g., customers, competitors, products) to build and maintain deep understanding and critical business insights
  • Analyze and evaluate business development opportunities, and identify potential acquisition and joint venture targets
  • Define pricing, bundling, and packaging across customer offerings, in coordination with pricing teams
  • Define portfolio of offerings to meet the needs of group practice customers across equipment, merchandise, technology and value-add service
  • Identify and develop new customer offerings, including build/buy/partner recommendations
  • Drive launch of products and services across internal sales channels, and support sales channel training of customers, markets, services and products
  • Establish relationships with key customers, industry thought leaders, and manage partner relationships
  • Determine and communicate business requirements, working with Operations, Sales, Finance and HR to establish priorities
  • Work closely with sales channel leadership to define channel needs, and leverage sales advisory boards to gather input and inform decisions
  • Work closely with sales operations to develop sales collateral, support tools and training programs
  • Partner with customer marketing to define customer targets and sub-segments, conduct customer research, define value propositions, create market awareness programs, develop event and thought leadership strategies, and provide input for lead gen and customer campaigns
  • Track and report performance and ROI of business cases and key business initiatives



Qualifications

  • BA in business, marketing or financerequired, with strong preference for MBA
  • ?7+ years of strategy marketing and business development experience in a B2B environment
  • A track record of successfully achieving business strategy and finance objectives
  • Experience identifying new opportunities and translating into business and business cases for investment
  • Experience conducting build, buy and partner analysis, and managing partner relationships
  • Intense customer focus and passion for serving customer needs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • ?A results oriented mind set
  • Relevant experience in the dental industry and / or working directly with Dental Service Organizations is strongly preferred.
