SUMMARY

Modus Directors of Business Development must have experience selling a full range of eDiscovery services including data forensics, collection, processing, ECA, TAR, hosting and managed services. This position will develop new business and service existing client relationships with respect to electronically stored information (ESI) from law firms and corporate legal groups.  Positions are currently available in the Washington D.C., San Francisco and Los Angeles markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve revenue goals monthly, quarterly and annually, as well as other sales metrics established by sales management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned targets
  • Conduct research of corporations and law firms to identify potential prospects sufficient to build a pipeline of new clients
  • Work with Marketing and Business Development Team to design tailored programs of outreach and follow-up to build the pipeline of new prospects
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with sales teammates and sales support
  • Follow the company-standard protocols with regard to Modus’ CRM and update the tool weekly
  • Work with Operations to ensure client satisfaction and build a base of repeat clients
  • Effectively utilize sales team assets as directed by management
  • Effectively forecast monthly net new business totals
  • Other duties as assigned
