The Director of Builder Sales and Marketing will utilize strong communication skills to foster relationships with clients, ensuring continued business transactions. This position will provide significant industry insight to ensure company remains competitive within the marketplace. With a solid commitment to excellence, facilitates the long-term success and profitability of the organization. The Director will act as the primary point of contact for major single-family and multi-family builder partners; maintains, develops and negotiates long term supply contracts with all top builder channel partners. Manages department travel and industry related trade show budgets relative to the goals of the department and oversees the administration of national account rebate programs, monitoring conformance and installing systems to accurately quantify data.
