We are an executive search firm who has been hired to identify a Director of Aftermarket Sales.
Director of Aftermarket Sales Ideal Candidate:
10+ years outside sales experience
Ability to work under stress
Experience managing a remote work force & motivating them
Experience working with whole sale distribution, key accounts & manufacturers
Strong analytical skills & strategic thinking
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to analyze problems, data, & create solutions
Knowledge & experience with CRM
Strong working knowledge of MSWindows
Valid drivers license w/ good record
Ability to travel 60% of time
Director of Aftermarket Sales Job Responsibilities:
Strategic leader in achieving company growth targets
Lead, Mentor, & Develop sales leaders in aftermarket channels
Partner with VP to develop & execute on strategic plans that support company goals
Develop annual market business plan
Work with Divisional Sales Managers to ensure a tactical growth plan
Maintain the budget approved
