River Point Behavioral Health is an 84 bed treatment facility that specializes in quality behavioral health and substance abuse services for youth, adults and seniors. We offer a full continuum of care through an integrated system of inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Progressive professionals in the fields of psychiatry, medicine, nursing, social services, education and activity therapy provide our comprehensive services.
We are currently looking for a Director of Admissionsto be a part of our Senior Management Team. The Admissions Director is responsible for directing and overseeing the Admissions Department which includes ensuring compliance of local and state regulations regarding admissions of patients into a mental health facility, overseeing the screening of appropriate level of care for potential admissions, and coordinating the admission of new patients in inpatient or outpatient. Directly supervises a minimum of 8 employees. The Admissions Director carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Must be LCSW, LMFT or LMHC in the State of Florida
- Must have at least 3 years Admissions Experience with 1-year supervisory experience
- Full Time position. Must be available to work anytime including Saturday and Sunday
