  • Preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP disclosure requirements and maintain supporting documentation and schedules
  • Coordination of the review process for all financial statements with management
  • Planning and coordination of annual audit
  • Maintain and update Company accounting policies and procedures, perform research on new accounting pronouncements and advise Division Controllers and management on accounting standards
  • Assume the primary leadership role in the implementation of ASC 605 Revenue Recognition, which will be effective October 1, 2019
  • Analysis and/or review of complex accounting standards and issues such as: ASC 815 Derivatives and Hedging, ASC 350 Intangibles-Goodwill and Other, ASC 805 Business Combinations, ASC 470 Debt, etc.
  • Responsible for acquisition purchase accounting journal entries and ensuring proper implementation of company accounting policies for recent acquisitions
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and control requirements for the corporate organization
  • Limited travel may be required


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Four or more years of auditing experience with a large accounting firm
  • Recent SEC reporting or auditexperience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency with researching and interpreting accounting literature
  • Experience with ASC 605 and ASC 606 is preferred
  • Ability to self-direct and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Skills as a leader and a team player
  • Experience working under strict deadlines and willing to work beyond normal work hours in order to meet reporting or project due dates
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
