Success in this role is:
- Program Management of operational product launch planning and execution, synchronizing field and factory preparations with the product development process resulting in a well communicated and executed product introduction.
- Capturing initial customer feedback at the first installations using a systematic assessment of the customer experience and operational processes thereby ensuring timely adjustments before scaling. Provide marketing and engineering customer feedback on the product as experienced in the field.
- Integrating with the Product Lifecycle Process to orchestrate operational expertise and input early in the product development resulting in greater operational efficiencies (DFX: Design for Manufacturability, Support, Fulfillment,
