From a smartphone app, consumers can set preferences for when, where, and how their payment cards are used; interact with real-time alerts; get contextual adviceand offers; and perform self-service actions. Ondot is a white-label solution that is offered as a branded solution by financial institutions to their customers.About the RoleWe are hiring a Director of Mobile App Marketing to drive Ondot’s mobile application adoption and usage. In this role, you will use your analytical horsepower and strong business acumen to help deliver ambitious growth targets for our customers and partners using Ondot’s mobile apps. In this role, you’ll partner closely with teams across the organization, specifically partners, product, sales, and marketing to develop and execute app marketing campaigns directly and indirectly through our partners and end-customers. If you’re seasoned marketing expert with proven results in taking Fintech companies to market, creative, collaborative, process oriented and simply excited about the opportunity to take a new service to market and grow its adoption & usage, we’d be delighted to have you join our team.Requirements:•7+ years’ experience creating and executing mobile app marketing programs•Successfully launched mobile applications, ASO, app promotions and growth hacking•Building or directly contributing tothe development of mobile app marketing programs from inception to rapid adoption -expertise in driving massive growth in DAUs•Familiarity with marketing analytics, online marketing, marketing automation, A/B testing, product marketing, and predictive marketing tools•Balance of creativity and analytical skills•Experience at a high-growth SaaS company is a plus•Exceptional communication skills, both verbal, written

Responsibilities:The successful candidate’s core responsibility will be growing Ondot’s white-labeled SaaS business. This position’s core KPI will be the company’s MRR and ARR.•Create partner marketing programs to enable partners to drive adoption and usage of our white labeled mobile apps•Develop and direct a scalable app marketing strategy from inception to mass market adoption•Steer ubiquity -increase the number of registered users and active users•Propel usage -increase usage across all of Ondot’s products•Drive monetization -increase monetization for Ondot’s transaction business•Build efficient user feedback loop to inform product optimization and define new feature requirements•Drive new user adoption via mobile, social and native platforms & app store optimization (ASO) across all of Ondot’s, partner and client properties•Create and leverage growth hacking tactics •Collaborate closely with the internal and external digital marketing constituents and product teams to drive key initiatives•Create and establish mobile app marketing best practicesQualities:•We are looking for someone who matches our level of joy for the work we do, fits in well with our team, and elevates our game.
