Will support the geography team to deliver on key merchandising strategies across all territories and channels in Beaverton, OR. Will drive assortment strategies and direction focused on "all day baller" consumer needs and expectations, to ensure a productive, profitable, and integrated product line across all geographies. Will lead a cross-functional team towards a one-team philosophy through partnering with the global teams to deliver well-informed assortments to the consumers across the geography. Will develop and lead a cross-functional team to create and execute the seasonal line category line plan and edited offers. Will oversee the integration and selection of category marketplace insights. Will ensure strong partnerships with category, brand, city and marketplace merchandising to develop edited offers that meet with the needs of consumers and take them to a new plane. Will translate market insights and feedback to Merchandising Business Operations to inform the line plan construct. Will create edited offers for product lines that are specific to a geography. Will set category seasonal assortment strategies within a geography. Will provide recommendations for line planning and seasonal line planning decisions based upon consumer led capacity, efficiency targets and key performance indicators. Will set seasonal product pricing strategies within a geography. Will make recommendations and approvals for port-PRO and post-SIM additions (via Geo or Global Express Lane). Will deliver and participate in the key corporate gates and game plan deliverables. Will engage in 10 percent domestic and international travel.

Education:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or merchandising. Experience: seven years of overall progressive experience in merchandising in a global sportswear and apparel organization. Skills/Requirements: 7 years of experience: (1) leading merchandisers who work in the regions of Latin America, the Pacific, or Asia; (2) building merchandising plans and strategies to enhance competitiveness; (3) coordinating with a cross-functional team including Sales and Brand to ensure that competitive products are delivered to the consumer; (4) utilizing knowledge of merchandising and footwear products to meet the needs of consumers; (5) utilizing an understanding of the retail environment, including what products are competitive in the marketplace; and (6) creating consumer right assortment and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and revenue targets.
