Accountable for achieving the retention goals of the individual and group Medicare and Individual (U65) lines of business and contributing to the overall membership goals of these lines of business. Improves both growth and retention of existing Medicare and Individual members and retention of members from other product lines into the Medicare and Individual product lines. Develops strong internal and external relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership and earnings objectives for existing customers in and across lines of business and products.
Dimensions of Position:
Formal Education Required:
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or 5 years experience.
Experience and Training Required:
-Five (5) years of experience in health plan management, customer service, retention and sales which has provided knowledge of Medicare regulations, to include five (5) years experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
-Ability to obtain Health & Accident, Major Lines.
-Ability to obtain America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Certification.
