Are you ready to take on a critical role in a marketing team that has a direct impact on the company's bottom line? We're looking for someone with initiative and a passion for optimizing marketing systems and the data that flows through them. You'll be the owner of our marketing tech stack and our marketing processes, data and analytics. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate loves to dig into data, polish processes, and is an analytics expert who is adept at uncovering and communicating key takeaways in an understandable way.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, define the roadmap and manage the Marketing technology stack
  • Manage the overall lead funnel and BDR follow-up process worldwide
  • Develop Marketing Dashboards to track key success metrics for the team and executive leadership
  • Direct creation of effective ROI reporting and identify the need for data enrichment/cleansing
  • Define and drive Marketing enhancements for CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Manage the Marketing budget for CMO, oversee processes in partnership with Finance
  • Manage the Marketing Operations team and act as the technical expert for Marketing for SFDC and Marketo
  • Manage the Marketing database to ensure data quality
  • Manage lead scoring program and hold regular reviews to solicit feedback for future improvements, develop the lead scoring roadmap, report on performance, drive cross-functional agreements with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Research and specify best-suited tools for Marketing attribution reporting and Lead to Account matching, manage implementation and report on results
  • Partner with Sales BDR team to define and implement lead assignment logic based on business requirements. Monitor all lead assignments, including "unassigned", to ensure leads are getting the appropriate follow-up. Perform root-cause analysis to uncover issues that impact lead assignment and drive resolution
  • Provide training to new marketing, sales and BDR team members on lead flow process, CRM reporting and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience managing lead scoring models highly desirable
  • Proven hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in Salesforce.com
  • Ability to understand and interpret data, and present findings to general marketing and sales audiences
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, meeting management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with global teams and motivating team members
