This person will play a leading role in building and implementing Immunology marketing execution strategies and tactics to maximize impact and effectiveness as Immunology transitions from brand toportfolio, while ensuring alignment to the Immunology strategic fronts. Strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively across a matrix isrequired,working closelywith Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, cross-franchise, IAE’s, MABI, training, ComX, CE, BTS, communications, Medical, Regulatory and agency relations.


Key Responsibilities Includes:

  • Serve as brand lead for pan-Immunology marketing execution activities including:
    o Partnering with ComX and key stakeholders to implement best-practices and share key learnings into Portfolio launches
    o Leading commercial execution efforts surrounding product enhancements/label updates including budget management, pan-Immunology messaging, tactical development, training, execution and accountability (eg Citrate Free, Nurture 2.0)
    o In partnership with MABICO, leading pan-Immunology advancement of the omni-channel ecosystem (e.g. iReach, Suggestions, Peer Universe, ISA Experience, AEM, HCP360)
    o In partnership with MABICO, leading pan-Immunology Scaling of innovation initiatives (e.g. scaling pilot programs, future LEAP challenge implementation, etc.)
    o Elevating peer-to-peer strategy and execution (e.g. medical story-telling, speaker bureau training, program execution, speaker evaluations, and interfacing with CCG on pan-Immunology initiatives)
    o In partnership with ComX, developing and implementing pan-Immunology plan to enhance Marketing skills (eg 1-7-5, marketing competencies, message optimization, challenger promotional implementation, analytics)
  • Own pan-Immunology execution and accountability of key tactics, collaborating with Rheumatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, cross-franchise, IAE’s, MABI, training, ComX, CE, BTS, communications, Medical, Regulatory and agency relations
  • Serve as strategic brand lead for Immunology national meetings (eg content, objectives, theme)
  • Serve a brand lead for HCP agency relations (e.g. supporting agency relations with consistency/consolidation initiatives and elevating performance)
  • Serve as pan-Immunology Brand Champion for annual strategic and tactical plan process for Immunology working jointly with ComX
  • Review monthly Immunology marketing execution metrics, produce monthly highlights and co-develop and co-implement strategies and tactics with marketing leadership to elevate metrics
  • Lead stakeholder advisory engagements, understanding timelines to accomplish tasks and anticipate any potential barriers that would impact project timelines, including monthly Immunology MD and P2P meetings

Basic:

  • Strong leadership with diverse experience set that helps to build relationships across a wide range of functions
  • Strong strategic story telling skills
  • Marketing leadership experience
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills in order to develop “executive – ready” communications on a frequent basis
  • Strong analytic and Excel skills
  • Excellent written communication skills with proven past experiences in writing Strategic documents
