Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and/or support the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines.
  • Develops the annual marketing plan and the strategies, tactics and resources to achieve financial goals.
  • Performs market analysis and provides market knowledge to better position Managed services’ service portfolio.
  • Partners with Sales and Engineering leadership to tailor portfolio to customer needs and identifies gaps.
  • Determines staffing headcount allocation and resources for each operation.
  • Allocates and monitors approved budgets for the portfolio team to include incentives, training, and overhead.
  • Coaches and reviews the performance of all direct reports and ensure that all staff are guided, trained and developed in order to maximize individual and collective performance.
  • Analyzes team performance levels and works with underperforming groups to increase those levels.
  • Contributes to the formulation of overall company strategic and business plans for the following fiscal year.

Job Requirements:

  • We seek a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent work and/or military experience.
  • You possess a strong knowledge of administration and management principles, specifically in; strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge of computer and electronics to include; circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications.
  • Thorough competitive knowledge including solutions, technology and product offerings.
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering, technology, and design.
  • Knowledge of basic human resource principles and procedures, specifically in; personnel recruitment, selection, training, and personnel information systems.
  • Effective and efficient quality control analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of customer management practices, and strong customer service skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Strong monitoring and project management skills to plan, organize, staff, and direct the production of a system; while continuously assessing performance and taking corrective action.
  • Effective people management and instructing skills to include; motivating, developing, coaching, directing, and identifying the best people for the job.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to be socially perceptive and be attentive to other’s reactions and why they respond as they do.
  • Ability to solve problems using inductive and deductive reasoning.
