A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice, with offices throughout the US, focuses on serving upper middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies. The companies we serve are upper middle market in the $50 million to $1 billion plus range.

A&M’s Deal Operations professionals assist our clients in analyzing manufacturing operations, supply chain and distributionchannels, procurement and supply chain, SG&A operations and sales force effectiveness for potential value creation opportunities and help drive them during our Client’s ownership. From our thorough fact-based analysis, we assess state of operations, identify key risks to investment and quantify potential EBIDTA improvement plans for the buyer.
