The Director, Legacy Giving will provide strategic oversight and leadership for the development of a comprehensive legacy giving program in order to obtain maximum long-term financial support from the University from a wide range of prospective donors. The incumbent will report to the Executive Director, Annual, Leadership & Legacy Giving, and will be responsible for implementing strategies including mass marketing, in-person visits and data mining, and working with allied professionals (including lawyers and estate administrators) and other stakeholders with the ultimate goal of cultivating and stewarding prospective donors related to legacy giving and integrated gifts. The Director will manage a diverse portfolio of major and principal gift level benefactors, estates, corporations and foundations.
