The Director of the Investor Services manages, mentors and motivates client service teams responsible for providing a high level of service to Millennium clients who are saving and investing for retirement. The incumbent is an integral part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on building and enhancing relationships with new and existing clients via service and support with a goal of continually improving the client experience to attract and retain clients.
The Director of Investor Services will lead teams that engage with clients via inbound calls, chats, emails, and in person meetings to respond to their inquires which can include providing product and service level guidance, assisting with account opening, processing transactions such as account funding and withdrawals, and facilitating client selected investment choices and other relationship management activities. The teams will deliver efficient and responsive resolutions for various client requests, own the management of assigned client cases, and research issues and communicate information and solutions to clients. They will also work with clients to uncover opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client’s success.
The incumbent will collaborate with internal business partners, particularly with the Sales and Product Teams to support and enhance products, business development, and relationship management as well as with Marketing on client communications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
The Director of Investor Services must be client service oriented and have a deep knowledge of investing, including a strong understanding of a variety of traditional and alternative asset types such as private debt, private equity, hedge funds, other pooled-investment vehicles and real estate.
