This role is a player/coach of a team of Inside Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives that are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. They generate new business opportunities to fuel pipeline growth by conducting strategic research and outreach to warm and cold prospects. You will play a key role as you lead/manage this highly visible and motivated team. You and your team will contribute to the overall sales strategy while planning and executing upon the objective of pipeline growth.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience building and leading a successful business development team in cybersecurity, managed security services or subscription technology. You should also have a background developing leads from inbound and outbound campaigns, and meeting aggressive sales targets. You will use your communication skills to motivate your team and cultivate strong relationships with prospects.
Base Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 (DOE)
On-Target-Earnings: $200,000.00 - $235,000.00 + Great Benefits + Full Expenses
