Responsible for directing the designated system application(s) areas of Information Technology (I.T.). Areas of responsibility include I.T. human resources, short and long range planning, legal and regulatory compliance and project planning. Working with the I.T. executive leadership is responsible for assuming appropriate application support and project direction for software applications as well as support for the Sanford end-users. Provides direction for selection, implementation and support of designated software applications. Acts as a liaison to end users of software systems and Information Technology. Promote, manage and oversee strategic relationships with respective vendors. Establishes policies and procedures for acquiring, deploying, maintaining and supporting applications. Assist in the development of I.T. Application strategies to support business needs and be responsible to ensure the execution of those strategies. Responsible for working successfully with cross functional teams and value the importance of tight integration with the customer (end users). Responsible for working closely with departmental end-user leadership to ensure the business value envisioned at the onset of I.T. projects are realized at the end of those projects.
Leadership experience in Information Technology in a retail environment strongly preferred.
The Profile IT Director will provide broad support for all areas of Profile By Sanford operations and the management of Profile systems that include, but is not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft ERP system, Azure Platform etc. Specific responsibilities include leading the Profile IT team, ensure IT priorities align with business needs, communicate and present IT updates to C-Level Executives, manage vendors and projects to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget, continue to build a team that can scale from a startup to a mature organization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in a hands-on IT environment with progressive increases in leadership. Proven problem solving and organizational skills. Excellent C-level communication skills, both written and verbal. Team oriented and able to lead and direct members of the IT team.
