  • Initiate communications with prospective clients to understand full breadth of what business objectives they are trying to achieve, who their target is and how they've historically measured success (media efficiency, brand health, sales)
  • Collaborate closely with influencer team planners on strategic ideation of campaign & evergreen activations, heavily informing how proposals takes shape
  • Facilitate positioning of measurement approach for prospective / existing clientele, working closely with analytics to ensure that any brand health or sales measurement that we sell in is appropriate relative to the budget and targeting strategy we propose
  • Facilitate collaboration with anti-social, social and traditional buying teams to intelligently thread cross departmental strategies into our activations, with a focus on measuring influencer assets in paid media contexts (i.e. assessing brand health performance of whitelisted IG influencer content v. normal branded assets coming from brand's own handle) 
  • Assess profitability of your accounts relative to scoped staffing, inform the optimization of future planning to avoid putting team in difficult situations
  • Lead communications with high level client contacts to drive the evolution of each relationship, with the goal of generating incremental business
  • Lead the continued development and optimization of education protocol with Media Operation leads, for both new hires and existing employees
  • High level oversight of campaign execution and reporting, QA Manager/Supervisor level's approach to the challenges that arise and offer guidance and solutions on how to handle
  • Focus heavily on the professional development of Manager/Supervisor level, identifying weaknesses and proactively putting them in positions to foster improvement
  • Heavy involvement in the hiring for your team, working closing with our Recruiters/Managers/Supervisors to curate best candidates from initial rounds of interviews prior to VPs involvement
  • Facilitate all formal HR reviews on your team
  • Directly conduct Manager/Supervisor reviews
  • Work in accordance with Managers/Supervisors to conduct Analyst reviews, collaboratively QA their communications prior to reviews

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years experience working at influencer marketing agency or platform
  • 5+ years experience working in digital advertising
  • BA or BS degree (Coursework in statistics, research methods or finance a plus) or Entrepreneurial street creds
  • Solid leadership skills with the ability to facilitate teamwork
  • Strong communication and email-writing skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Desire to brainstorm and strategize initiatives based on client goals
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
  • Intense interest in social media and influencers.
