Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering innovations in probiotics and living medicines to impact human and planetary health. Our scientific board comprises leading scientists, researchers, and clinicians across the fields of microbiology, immunology, bioinformatics, dermatology, oral health, vaginal health, gastroenterology, mental health, pediatrics, and nutrition.

The Director of Influencer will lead Seed’s award-winning Ambassador Program, Affiliate Program, and Podcast channel. Seed’s Ambassador Program has been central to its growth and success – and yet so much opportunity to grow it remains. You will optimize Seed’s existing Ambassador program while building out new opportunities with novel types of partnerships and influencers. Additionally, you will take our top performing partners and deepen our relationships with them through onsite engagements, integrations, and more.
You will collaborate with the Brand and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure the full breadth of Seed’s brand is brought to bear. And you will do so with the support of your team; a group of talented individuals who you will mentor and grow alongside the business.
Who you are:
7+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing (5+ years as a leader) with experience in the health tech and/or CPG space, as well as successful, rapid-growth DTC businesses that are both brand and performance-focused and must comply with regulatory requirements
You have proven success or track record of developing full funnel influencer campaigns that has contributed to business performance (CAC, LTV, etc) and brand goals
You have exceptional strategic and analytical skills and are able to apply those to prioritization
You are a highly effective communicator and collaborator, especially with Growth, Brand, and Integrated Marketing teams
You’re data driven––you use data to make decisions and when you don’t have data, you search for anecdotal and qualitative information to gain insights
You love process—designing and scaling processes is a core feature of your programs growth
You have a roster of relationships ready to drive impact to the program immediately
You have strong project management skills, and you’re able to work on multiple projects at the same time and meet time-sensitive deadlines
You managed relationships effectively, regardless of how well known an individual may be
You are highly creative and consistently find new ways to market products and engage partners
You work with an informed urgency—deadlines and milestones are flawlessly managed.
You are an effective manager, able to recruit and develop talent to perform at the highest levels with a commitment to our ecosystem’s values and culture
What you’ll do:
Double the size of Seed’s influencer and Podcast programs while scaling Affiliate to a similar scale
Partner cross functionally with Brand, Growth, and R&D teams to unlock new partner integration, campaign, and messaging opportunities
Optimize existing partner performance while expanding into new, untapped cohorts and channels
Grow Seed’s brand awareness and perception while maintaining efficient results
Develop and execute award-winning integrations, events, and activations
Improve and expand partnerships across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity
Manage and develop a team while recruiting top talent
Compensation:The annual pay range for this full-time position is $180 - $200k+ with equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required.
